construction of horicircle through A and axis L_0

(1) A' is symmetirical to A with respect to line L_0.
(2) Draw a symmetrical axis M_1 between L_0 & M_0, then take a symmetric point B to A with respect to M_0.
(3) By repeating these, you can take points on the horicircle.
